2. You can return a product within 30 days after delivery.
3. Products with discounts do NOT apply.

Return Policy

Please get in touch with us before returning any product, you should inspect the product upon delivery and ensure it is free from defects or faults, when filing a claim, contact us to explain the reason for the claim and provide us with all necessary information.

Return Conditions

Please send us an email describing your situation and the reasons for the return,  we will handle the refund payment method,  if your payment was made in cash, you will need to provide a bank account number in the email for the corresponding transfer.

Return of Packages

If a product was sent internationally and is being returned, please clearly mark the package with the label 'RETURNED GOODS'. We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the return process, any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Transportation Damage

If the product is lost or you notice that it was damaged during transportation upon receiving it, you must inform us immediately, we will check the situation and we will answer if you can assume responsibility for the damage, please take supporting photos.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not claimed at the post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional costs associated with the return of the package including shipping and transportation fees.
