When making a purchase in our online store, the customer guarantees that they are of legal age or have parental permission to make purchases from our store and accepts these Terms and Conditions, which apply to all purchases made or to be made in our online store for the sale and/or provision of any product. The provided information is only available to the store and will not be shared with third parties, the customer has the right to inquire about all information the store has stored about them in their records, also the customer has the right to request the deletion or correction of any information stored about themselves.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees to all of the above.

Force Majeure

Events beyond the power or control of the store, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that the store will not be in a position to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events include government action or inaction, new or changed legislation, conflicts, foreclosures, fires or floods, sabotage, accidents, war, natural disasters, strikes, or supplier non-performance. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, cancellations, etc.

Payment

All products are the property of the store until the entire payment process is completed. The price applied to the purchase is the one listed at the time of the transaction, shipping costs and relevant fees are acknowledged by the customer before confirming a purchase, if the customer is a minor, they must have authorization from their parents or guardians to make purchases in our online store. All transactions made in our online store are conducted through authorized payment methods that ensure complete protection. All relevant credit or debit card information used is encrypted by SSL and is not stored in any way. Please read the Terms and Conditions for the respective payment methods, as they are responsible for all transactions.

Local Taxes

Please consider what local taxes (sales taxes, customs duties, foreign purchases) may apply, depending on the region where the customer is located and the type of customs regulations that may or may not apply. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer, we provide a certificate of origin for countries that have a trade agreement with Colombia, the producing country.

The store reserves the right to correct any type of information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, purchase terms, and product offers without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable, the store has the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund to the customer in the most convenient manner for the store. We should also notify the customer if there are equivalent products available to replace the out-of-stock item, if such products exist.
