PROCESS FOR REPORTING MY WARRANTY
1. Take photos of your defective products and send them to the email taller@llenadegracia.com with the subjet line WARRANTY+ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR NAME. in the email, describe what happened and attach evidence or use this link CUSTOMER SERVICE
- After you submit your request to the Quality Department email or WhatsApp, we will have 3 business days to ckeck your case and respond you.
- Your return is estimated to take 30 business days to be processed and delivered to your destination
- Product replacement will be done with the same reference, unless its for a high-value reference.
When your purchase our treasures, you have a warranty for poor assembly of the pieces defects in the material, and poor resin application.
- Your pieces are damaged by moisture (they are wet or have been in contact with water).
- Your pieces were exposed to direct sunlight, causing a change in color.
- They have scratches on the resin or hardware.
- The hardware is bent or damaged (our pieces undergo through quality control inspection before).
